We are a leading organizational transformation consultancy supporting multinational clients in designing and executing high-impact strategic initiatives. As part of a major expansion project in the renewable energy sector, we are assembling a dedicated Business Unit of experienced freelance consultants specialized in photovoltaic deployment and energy transition programs.
Your Mission
As a key member of a multidisciplinary project delivery team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of photovoltaic installation projects across France. You will ensure operational excellence, technological relevance, and smooth on-site logistics to support large-scale rollout initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising installation and construction activities related to photovoltaic projects ;
Coordinating on-site operations, logistics, and contractor management across multiple locations ;
Ensuring compliance with technical standards, energy sector regulations, and safety requirements ;
Monitoring technological developments and contributing to continuous improvement practices ;
Managing project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders ;
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to secure project execution quality and deadlines.
Your Profile
We are looking for freelance consultant with:
More than 5 years of experience in project management or works supervision, ideally in the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector ;
Proven expertise in installation follow-up, on-site coordination, and technical monitoring ;
Strong understanding of the energy sectorâknowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus ;
Ability to work both remotely and on construction sites across France (driverâs license required) ;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional English ;
Team-oriented mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments ;
A background in consulting or experience working with consulting firms.
Nice to Have
Experience working with large energy players or industrial project environments ;
Knowledge of European energy frameworks and photovoltaic technologies ;
Familiarity with digital tools for project management, field operations, or energy supervision.
