As part of a major expansion project in the renewable energy sector, we are assembling a dedicated Business Unit of experienced freelance consultants specialized in photovoltaic deployment and energy transition programs.

Your Mission

As a certified Pressure Vessel Inspector, you will perform on-site inspections of gas cylinders, pressure vessels, and storage tanks, ensuring full compliance with international quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will contribute to inspection programs conducted across multiple countries while working closely with local operational teams and client representatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Performing quality inspections of gas cylinders, pressure vessels, and storage tanks directly on client sites;
Conducting welding inspections and non-destructive testing reviews, including radiographic examination assessments;
Verifying compliance with API standards, applicable codes, and client technical specifications;
Producing detailed inspection reports and documenting observations, findings, and recommendations;
Coordinating with local operational teams, contractors, and client representatives throughout inspection activities;
Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements during field operations.

Your Profile

We are looking for freelance inspectors with:
Valid API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector certification (mandatory);
Proven experience in pressure vessel inspection within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors;
Strong knowledge of welding inspection, radiographic testing, and pressure equipment regulations;
Ability to perform field inspections independently while maintaining the highest quality standards;
Professional English communication skills;
Availability for international assignments and frequent site visits.

Nice to Have

Additional certifications such as API 570, API 653, CSWIP, or NDT Level II/III;
Previous experience working with major international Oil & Gas operators;
Familiarity with international inspection standards (ASME, ISO, EN) and field quality management systems;
Ability to mobilize rapidly for recurring inspection assignments throughout the year.
