I’m a freelance consultant since 2022. I manage projects in pricing, purchase, supply and logistics in energy field (oil, LPG, natural gas and electricity) for energy, water and waste companies. After more than 15 years of experience and a PhD in energy economics, I use my expertise in order to improve companies’ margin and profitability.

For example, for one of my projects in Suez France I worked as an energy purchasing back-office manager. My mission was focused on preparing national tenders for electricity and natural gas purchase and calculate and communicate prices to sales team. I also contributed to minimize risk exposure in electricity actualisation formula for local authorities tenders.

During my last project as the Deputy of the Country Manager in Wekiwi France, I supported the Pricing team : hedging and purchase of electricity and natural gas, regulation, improve pricing strategy. I also participate to the ANODE (Association Nationale des Opérateurs Détaillants en Énergie) meetings : discussions about electricity and gas regulation, answer to public consultations of the CRE (Commission de Régulation de l’Energie). I worked on several projects : ETS 2, CRE guidelines for electricity and gas suppliers, algorithm for consumption estimation in the customer subscription.
As a Pricing Manager in Wekiwi I was in charge of pricing and sourcing for electricity and natural gas offers for individual and institutional clients. I optimized the pricing strategy by building a new pricing model and contributed to the hedging. I also analized the purchase contract for optimisation.

I worked in BP France with a permanent contract on several roles. From 2019 to 2022 I was B2B Pricing Manager and was in charge of maximising B2B fuels sales by building daily pricing strategy and by managing price exposure. Focused on delivering margin and optimizing working capital.
– Defined pricing strategy for spot sales (cost base pricing and value pricing), managed daily price exposure
– Optimized the sales distribution between channels of trade in order to maximise the integrated margin
– Coordinated daily interaction between supply, logistics and sales marketing in order to ensure smooth operation, competitiveness and best market information utilization
– Contributed in setting up levers of competitiveness (biofuels blending, certificate for energy savings)
– Participated actively to the implementation of SAP for BP France as a subject matter expert and working with international project teams
– Managed a team of 2 operators and a pricing coordinator.

From 2014 to 2018 I was Supply Negotiator. I was responsible for supply optimization in France terminals in order to maximize the performance (profitability, cash).
– Managed supply / demand balance by supplying products (diesel / heating oil / gasoline / biofuels)
through spot purchases on local / international markets to support bp marketing activities.
– Identified purchase opportunities and negotiated spot deals with third parties, management and development of a portfolio of large scale commercial relationships with oil majors and importers
– Monitored and monetized compliance with Compulsory Stock Obligations, Biofuels incorporation targets, working capital constraints
– Tender process management for yearly contracts
– Wholesale of LPG in Geogaz Lavéra

From 2013 to 2014 I was Supervisor for South of France supply. I was responsible for the supervision of South of France maritime operations, road and pipeline transportation
– Implemented a demurrage optimisation cycle
– Negotiated demurrage and freight invoices with third parties
– Implemented the key performance indicators for logistics
– Supervision of two operators in charge of Fuels supply by sea, river, pipeline and road

From 2009 to 2012 I was Supply Chain Operator. I was responsible for ensuring the availability of products in French terminals of petroleum products (transportation planning, stocks management, coordination of maritime and pipeline transportation)
– Cooperated with suppliers to ensure smooth realization of operations
– Planned imports of fuel by vessel, barge, pipeline and truck
– Ensured that petroleum product meet quality restrictions and safety regulations

During my PhD I was also Microeconomics and Macroeconomics Lecturer in Paris-Dauphine University and EDHEC Business School.
